dropped my truck off at a mechanic's in west phoenix. i caught a bus down mcdowell.
then the light rail at central.
there were lots of people with obama buttons talking about the inauguration.

chilled back in tempe for a bit
got the call from the auto shop and i caught the train back to phoenix. at 4:20 something happened. the power shut off, killing the air and the doors. we sat for about ten minutes before people started yelling and trying to pry the doors open. a few minutes later we were let out, but too late for me to get my truck before the shop closed up.
stuck in phoenix with nothing to do, i skated up central from washington to camelback
to the dq
and made my day worth something.
